Bilingual Education is teaching an academic subject in two languages, i.e. a mother language (first L1) and second (L2), with various amounts instructed program models. The early viewpoint about the brain tends to assert that learning L2 negatively affects L1 by dismissing it outside brain, emphasizes idea of bilingualism creates problem process. late researches on disapprove conclusions come make clear persons who speak languages (bilinguals) have cognitive merits much more than those just one (monolinguals). As for bilingual education recent times, there are still contradictory opinions. Some believe first (L1) will not hurt (English) new knowledge learned gradually transfer language, English. On other side, some maintain developing essentially affect learners’ progress English if they don’t get full immersion. Moreover, cannot obtain easily all. To keep high-level bilingualism, learner (the person) needs use both constantly great effort. Learning foreign leads different culture widens understanding develops humanity. And ability considered means achieve creative capabilities.
